Some Employee Name Is Showing Up In From Field Of System Generated Notifications Instead Of SYSADMIN (Doc ID 3007352.1)

PROBLEM STATEMENT

System generated notification is coming from some person instead of SYSADMIN.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "Employee Self-Service" responsibility.

2. Navigate to any function.

3. Enter the details and submit the transaction.

4. The Initiator gets a System generated FYI notification with the subject as below:

   has been forwarded for approval to
  Eg: Leave of Absence has been forwarded for Approval to XXXX

5. There is no issue with the subject of the notification.

6. However, it could be observed that the notification "From" is showing some Person's name instead of SYSADMIN
