Getting an JBO-25019 Error on the Receipts Screen for Applied Receipts (Doc ID 3007464.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the Manual Receipts page to view a partially applied receipt, the following error occurs.

ERROR
oracle.jbo.RowAlreadyDeletedException: JBO-25019: Entity row of key oracle.jbo.Key[351926 788618 LINE null ] not found in OPManRctStmLvlDetailsEO.

STEPS
1. Using the Lease Super User responsibility.
2. Query any partially applied receipt in OLFM (Operations > Receipts).
3. Open the receipt by clicking on Receipt number Hyperlink.
4. Get the indicated errors.
