Symptoms
When running XLABAPUB: Update Subledger Accounting Balances the following error appears in the log:
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_balances_calc_pkg.calculate_balances. Balances are not initialized for the latest open period.
Steps:
1. Using a Projects responsibility navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run.
2. Select Name = Update Subledger Accounting Balances.
3. Enter the parameter Application = Projects and submit the request.
