R12 BI Publisher Reports With Graph Empty After Platform Migration From AIX To Linux X64 (Doc ID 3007607.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version E-Business Suite. 

After migration of E-Business Suite environment from AIX platform to Linux x86 platform,
the following issue is observed.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BI Publisher reports does not display graphs.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BI Publisher reports should display graphs.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Migrate E-Business Suite environment from AIX platform to Linux x86 platform.
2. Execute XML Publisher reports.
3. Report pdf output show blank boxes instead of graphs.
