Symptoms

When attempting to Cancel Hire for one person, the following error occurs

APP-PAY-07086: Cannot cancel this hire. The employee has future person type changes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain
3. Query the person
4. Select the Cancel Hire on the right top corner to cancel the hire
Error occurs
