On : 12.2.4 version, Integrated SOA Gateway
 
When attempting to deploy a custom PLSQL package as a REST service after upgrading the database from 12c to 19c
the following errors occur:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Deploy the package before the database upgrade and confirm it is working.
   
   
2. Upgrade the database from 12c to 19c and add Patch 30193505 to the database.
   
   
3. Log in to Oracle E-Business Suite as a user who has the Integration Administrator role. Select the Integrated SOA Gateway responsibility and the Integration Repository link.
   
   
4. In the Integration Repository tab, select 'Interface Type' from the View By drop-down list.
   
   
5. Expand an interface type node to locate your desired interface definition.
   
   
6. Click the interface definition name link to open the interface details page.
   
   
7. Deploy the interface.

Changes

Database was upgraded from 12c to 19c.
