R12: IBY: Send Separate Remittance Advices Process Shows Old Payment Instruction(s) in the List of Values (LOV) (Doc ID 3008155.1)

Symptoms

When running the single request "Send Separate Remittance Advices" (IBY_FD_SRA_FORMAT) there is an old and obsoleted Payment Instruction appearing in the List of Values (LOV), or that defaults into this field.
How can this be removed from the LOV, or as the default?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Logon with a Payables Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Other>Requests>Run
  3. Select the program: Send Separate Remittance Advices
  4. From the LOV for 'Payment Instruction' note the old/obsoleted values
