Getting error when trying to delete non-used migrated asset category.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Fixed Assets Responsibility.
2.Setup > Asset System > Asset Categories.
3.Query problematic asset category.
4.Try to delete asset category and observe mentioned error.
