Symptoms


In the Oracle Field Service for EBS Application, when clicking the "Service Requests" from the main menu, the application crashes and the user has to re-open the app.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MFS
2. Go to Service Requests screen.
3. Application crashes and has to be re-started
