Able to Unintentionally Approve a Notification in Contracts Search Form Without Selecting the Approve Button (Doc ID 3009779.1)

Find that it is possible to unintentionally approve a notification in the contracts search form.
In the leasing contract search screen one can auto approve notifications without clicking the approve button after using the Bell icon to check on notifications.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using lease super user responsibility, author and submit the contract for approval that will come to your users (this should be an issue with any notification)
2. Navigate to Operations - > Contracts in the leasing screens.
3. Click on the Bell icon to check the approval notifications.
4. Click outside the My Worklist message box to close the dropdown.
5. Enter the contract number in the search region and press the Enter button (do not click go with your mouse).
6. Pressing the enter button actions the notification, the box reappears but is blank
- The worklist is now empty.
- The notification is approved even through the user has not clicked the approve button.
