While Trying to Update Salary From Core Forms, Receiving Error: "APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option PROXY_USER_ID in routine &ROUTINE" (Doc ID 3011495.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update salary information (From Core Forms), the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option PROXY_USER_ID in routine &ROUTINE
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA -01422


While trying to Cancel Hire (From People form), the following error occurs

Error ORA 1422 in location 0
Cause: hr_utility.oracle_error was called from whilst accessing 0: ORA-1422
Action: Refer to your system administrator or support representative
  1. Navigate to 'XX Super HRMS Manager' responsibility -> People -> Enter and Maintain
  2. Query the person
  3. Click on Assignment button -> Click Salary Button -> Update salary information - Shows Error.
  4. Navigate to People -> Enter and Maintain
  5. Query the person -> Click on Cancel Hire Action - Shows Error.
