Symptoms

When attempting to run the QuickPay process, the following error can be seen in the log file.

The process has reached the maximum number of attempts in trying to resolve the Net pay for this assignment.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    1. Using CA HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.

    2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.

    3. Select the payroll process and enter the parameters. > Submit.

    4. Check the log file.
