After changing part against serial number unable to import Wip Assembly Completion transaction

For Depot Repair Job involving part/serial number change, WIP Issue should be done prior to this transaction. Please process the WIP Issue transaction first before processing this transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Oracle Installed Base Admin responsibility
2) Open the Transaction Errors Processing form
3) Query with the affected transaction id
4) Select the Process Flag just to the left of the error
5) Navigate to Others -> Requests.
6 Submit the concurrent program "Resubmit Interface Process" with parameter Selected
