Data Display for Open Quantity in CLM iProcurement is not showing
The Open Quantity is showing as 0 on an award after the award was approved, users consult that information to check how much money remains on the order, how much has been received etc.
The Award has 0 as Open Quantity and it should show the obligated amount, there have been no receipts created against it yet.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Choose CLM Iprocurement
2. Choose the Requisitions tab at the top
3. Requisitions are listed - summary fashion
4. In the requisition summary table shown
- open quantity is not having proper calculated value
- its only showing zero
5. Expect a value to be present for the open quantity
