Symptoms

In iProcurement, when choosing the Expenditure Organization, only one operating unit is displayed and not the rest. The following error occurs:

Row 1 Error - Project information is incomplete


Steps
-------
1. iProcurement > Shop > Add to cart > Click Checkout
2.  Edit screen > Click Update
3. Enter POET (Project, Expenditure Org, Task, Expenditure Type) details in Edit single line popup.
4. Error occurs
