Symptoms
When validating the setup for ERES for Service Request Approval, the following error is displayed:
Errors
No ERES subscriptions have been defined or are active for the event oracle.apps.cs.sr.ServiceRequestApproval (oracle.apps.cs.sr.ServiceRequestApproval).

Steps
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to ERES Administrator responsibility
3. Navigate to Administration Task -> Utilities -> Validate Event
4.Enter event: oracle.apps.cs.sr.ServiceRequestApproval
Enter event key: nnn and Click the button Validate
