When Exporting Data From The Asset Cost tab, Not All The Records Are Exported When Selecting 'All Groups' For The 'Groups' Radio Button (Doc ID 3013502.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When exporting data from the Asset Cost tab of the Assets ECC only 553 records are exported when choosing 'All Groups' for the 'Groups' radio button.
When selecting 'Current Group', 1000 records are exported.
For both cases, the warning "Only the first 1000 records will be exported" is displayed.


It is expected that the export function would export the correct number of records when compared to the dashboard count.

STEPS

Navigate to Fixed Assets Manager Responsibility > Asset Command Center >
Click on Asset Cost tab >
Choose Financial option from the drop down of Assets result table >
Choose Export option from the drop down available at header level of Result table >
Click on Export >
Save the data file in CSV format
