What table does value for column change_reason get stored while using API oe_order_pub.process_order? (Doc ID 3013750.1)

Goal

Business requirement is to pass value for column change_reason to line table while using oe_order_pub.process_order API, and want to know where would this value get stored i.e in which table can one find the value that was passed to the API?

Business is passing reason to change_reason while calling API. However, unable to see it anywhere in sales order form in application or in Oe_order_headers_all or Oe_order_lines_all table.

Where we can see change reason information after API call was successful?
