Issue in ECC v10 version

ECC Receivables Dashboard giving error while opening the receipt under unapplied receipts section:

Error: The Receipt function is not available under the XXXX AR Inquiry responsibility

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: ECC Manager Responsibility

Navigation: ECC Receivables Dashboard -> Payment Process -> Unapplied Receipts -> Click on Receipt
