Symptoms

When attempting to run E-Business Tax Content Upload Sql Loader Program, the concurrent request runs long and following error occurs:

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server server_name
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number X with name "_SYSSMU2_XXXXXXX$" too small

Steps to reproduce:

Responsibility: Tax Manager
Navigation: Menu > View > Requests > Submit a New Request... > Single Request
1. Select from LOV > E-Business Tax Content Upload Sql Loader Program
2. Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
