In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Open Document Link in Amendment Notifications Takes Users to Purchasing Requisition Entry Form POXRQERQ (Doc ID 3014423.1)

In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management, when approving an intra-governmental transfer (IGT) request amendment, the approval notification has a link for "Open Document".
When clicking the link for "Open Document", it takes the user to the core Purchasing application and opens the Requisition Entry form; however, CLM users do not use the forms-based entry.

It is expected that the Open Document link will allow the user to view the requisition amendment details from within CLM iProcurement.


Steps To Reproduce

1. In CLM iProcurement responsibility, create and approve an IGT request.
2. An amendment is created and submitted for approval.
3. The approver opens the notification from the worklist.
4. In the notification, click the Open Document link. The user is then taken to the Requisition Entry form (POXRQERQ) in Purchasing responsibility.
