During clone process, could see Production entries in FND_LOBS table for Workflow OAUTH certificate files.

We need to purge these Workflow OAUTH certificate entries from FND_LOBS. How to do that?

Our intention is to prevent Non-Prod database using Production Workflow OAUTH certificate files.
