R12: AP: Tax Line Discarded Successfully but the Related Distributions Are Not All Reversed and Having Some Validated & Not Reversed Distributions That Causing ‘DIST VARIANCE’ Hold (Doc ID 3014580.1)

Tax Line discarded successfully but the related distributions are not all reversed and having some validated & not reversed tax distributions that causing 'DIST VARIANCE' Hold Code / 'Distribution sum does not equal the line amount for a line' Hold Reason.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login in to Oracle Applications using Payables responsibility
2. Open the Invoice Workbench
   (N) Invoices > Entry > Invoices
3. Query the invoice
4. Go to Lines and discard the Item line, the associated tax lines are discarded also
5. The line amount is changed to 0 but the distribution total is still not 0. There are some validated & not reversed tax distributions
6. This is causing DIST VARIANCE Hold on invoice
