Symptoms

'Serial number generation' program completes with following error:

Error: APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option CONC_KEEP_BLANK_FILES in routine &ROUTINE.

Steps To Reproduce:
==================
1. Login to e-Business suite and choose Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to - Onhand, Availability > Generate Serial Numbers
3. Enter values for parameter Item and Quantity
4. Submit the program.
5. Observe that program completes with error and log file shows above mentioned error.
