Symptoms

When attempting to open the Debrief HTML page, the following error occurs:


You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

 

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Create a service request.
3. Create a field service task for this service request and assign it to an engineer.
4. Click on Debrief button on Service Request/Tasks tab.
The Debrief HTML page should open, but the error is displayed instead.
