Symptoms
Why is the Shirley Twp. Pennsylvania Head Tax (Privilege, Work Tax, Local Services Tax) Not Withheld for an Employee's Payroll?
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Using US Super HRMS Manager or Equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Query in the Employee > Assignment > Confirm the Employee's Work location assigned.
3. Navigate to Work Structures > Location > Query in the Work Location confirm the address is Mount Union, Pennsylvania.
3. Confirm by entering the work location full address on the external website, <https://dced.pa.gov/local-government/local-income-tax-information/instructions-employers>
4. The work location should have a Shirley Twp Headtax taken.
