When Attempting to Manually Explode Phantom Batch Receive Error "The planned start date or planned completion date, or both dates are outside the date range specified by the validity rule." (Doc ID 3015166.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to manually explode a phantom item in a batch the following error occurs.

 "The planned start date or planned completion date, or both dates are outside the date range specified by the validity rule."


Additionally, found that the phantom batch is not exploding when produced quantity is higher than planned.  The phantom batch does explode successfully when produced quantity is lower than planned.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Production Supervisor
2. Navigation: Batch Details
3. Create a new batch that contains a phantom ingredient.
4. After the batch is created, verify if the phantom batch has been exploded (created).
