PNAPRIND: Approve Rent Increase Terms Errors With "PN_NEW_RI_TERM_NOT_ALLOWED" (Doc ID 3015189.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to approve rent increase terms, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

You cannot include rent increase payment to the lease &LEASE_NUM that is undergoing amendment. (PN_NEW_RI_TERM_NOT_ALLOWED)



STEPS
-----------------------

1. Navigate  the Properly Manger Responsibility > Leases and Documents > Rent Increase
2. Create a Rent Increase Agreement
3. Generate Periods and calculate the associated amounts
4. Approve Rent Increase Payment Terms through the standard program
5. Notice the error in the approval program log
