After Database Upgrade From 12c to 19c Performance Issue When Running the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period Report (Doc ID 3015190.1)

Symptoms

Database upgrade from 12c to 19c.

When running the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period report, the report is running for 90 minutes.  When running the report before the database upgrade, the report would complete in 10 minutes.


Replication Steps:

1. Navigate to > Projects responsibility > Other > Requests > Run.

2. Run the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period report.

3. Monitor the performance of the report.
