Symptoms
Issue Details :
On finding the customer details linked to an item, if customer has multiple customer numbers, even after selecting the customer name and clicking on Find, system prompts to enter the customer number again.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
- Navigate to Inventory > Items > Master Items > Create an item
- Navigate to Inventory > Setup > Items > Customer Items > Customer Items > Assign the item created in step 1 to customer having multiple accounts
- Search for customer associated with the item created. Enter the item name, Select the customer assigned to the item and Click Find
- User is forced to re-select the customer number again
