Symptoms
When attempting to view Transfer Appraisal Details from Employee Self Service responsibility, noticed that Overall Ratings and Comments are not visible on Appraisal Details page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Employee Self Service responsibility
2. Navigate to Performance Management > Appraisals page.
3. Click on Appraisal Details option.
4. No information under Overall Ratings and Comments field.
