Symptoms
Draft accrual offer when clicked on Plus sign (Product exclusion) to add exclusion two lines gets added.
Steps to reproduce the Issue

1.Login to Applications with responsibility Oracle Trade Management user
2.Navigate to Channel Revenue Management = > Trade Planning.
3.Create a new accrual offer.
4.Add Product eligibility
5.In the exclusion section, hit plus sign. two lines get added instead of one.
