Contact Center: Site Contacts Not Reflected Under 'Site Contact Points' in Addresses tab

Symptoms
Find that site contacts present for a customer in the Customers page are not reflecting in the Contact Center when clicking on 'Site Contact Points' in Addresses tab.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Service responsibility.
2. Open Contact Center.
3. Query for an account.
4. Go to Addresses tab.
5. Select one address and click on 'Site Contact Points'.
