Right-to-Use (ROU) Beginning Balance Amount Is Not Correct after Amendment in Lease Detail Report (Doc ID 3015884.1)

Symptoms


 Beginning ROU balances shown in Payment Term Variables section of Lease Detail Report is not correct after amend.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Property Manager Responsibility
2. Lease and document > Main Lease > Enter Lease and Document
    Query the lease and Amend the lease with the Amendment Commencement date as sysdate to extend the lease
3. Run the Lease Detail Report
   Other > Request > Run > Generate Lease Detail Report
