Symptoms
External/Manual Payment process button is disabled after Prepayment for employee on Quick Pay form
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate to People > Enter & Maintain > Assignment > Others >
3. Execute Quick pay
4. Run Quick Prepayment.
5. External/Manual Payment process button is disabled
