ECC HR Dashboard: Assignment Timeline Does Not Display Assignment Historical Data (Doc ID 3015960.1)

Symptoms

Even though HR ECC history data for the assignments is populated in the per_ecc_assignments_v table, The Assignment Timeline Does Not Display Historical Data on the ECC dashboards.
Historical data on either the Workforce Explorer or Person Hierarchy dashboards are not displayed, the current data is shown, just not the assignment related historical data.
Expecting the Assignment Historical data on both the Workforce Explorer and Person Hierarchy dashboards should be displayed.

Note:  ECC V10/V11 has been deployed.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Navigate to 'XX Super HRMS Manager' Responsibility 
  2. Select HR ECC Functions -> Human Resource Command Center Home  
       Note: In your case the ECC function may be under a different responsibility/menu, please select correct corresponding ECC function.
  3. Search an Employee
  4. Under the People Data Click on Compare Tab
  5. Click on Timeline icon
  6. Assignment Timeline Region does NOT show any assignment historical data
  7. Historical data on either the Workforce Explorer or Person Hierarchy dashboards are not displayed.
  8. Run the SQL below to confirm the ECC Assignment History Data is present for the person
