Project Command Center: Projects Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Dashboards Are Not Showing Data (Doc ID 3015997.1)

Symptoms

The Projects Enterprise Command Center (ECC) dashboards are not showing data.

The steps to reproduce the issue are below;

  1. Complete the setups required for enabling Projects ECC dashboards
  2. Log into a Projects responsibility
  3. Navigate to Other > Requests > Submit
  4. Run ‘Projects Costing and Billing ECC Data Load’
  5. Navigate to the Projects Costing Dashboard
  6. Note no data is shown on the dashboard pages.
