Symptoms

When attempting to create domestic receipt, the following error occurs.

APP-JA-460204: BOE not applied Cannot Confirm Tax


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Navigate to Oracle Purchasing.
2. Receiving > Receipt > Create a Receipt.
3. Navigate to Tools > India Tax Details.
4. Confirm Taxes and observe error.
