Symptoms
Unable to enter tax category in India tax details form as system is throwing below error message.

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a receipt and go to India tax details form to enter taxes.
2. Try to enter the Tax category.
3. Notice the given error.
