R12: AP: Financial Tax Register Report is Not Showing Correct Amount For Reversed Tax Distribution Lines With 0 Amount of an Payables Invoice (Doc ID 3016857.1)

Symptoms

While running the Standard Financial Tax Register Report for an Payables Invoice having a 0 amount cancelled tax line, it shows the Taxable Amount & Taxable Accounted Amount fields present in the FTR Report output as non zero(positive amount) for this reversed tax line.


Steps to Reproduce:
----------------------
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility > Invoices > Entry > Invoices. Create an AP Invoice with the Item and Tax lines.
2. Click on the Tax Details button present in the workbench and mark the Taxable Amount to 0 for the tax line.
3. Validated the invoice.
4. Now go to the Tax Details form once again and cancelled this 0 tax amount line using the "Cancel" checkbox present in the tax details form.
5. Re-validate the invoice and accounted it.
6. Run the Financial Tax Register Report for this invoice. It shows the Taxable Amount & Taxable Accounted Amount with positive amount.
