Symptoms
Create accounting ends in error and below error can be seen in FND debug log
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.print_logfile. ORA-20100: ORA-20100: File o0002674325.tmp creation failed.
File could not be opened or operated on as requested.
Action: Make sure the directory - /orahome/app/oracle/product/19.0.0/temp/PROD - is a valid directory with write permissions and is accessible from the database server.

It is expected that create acocunting completes successfully
==Steps To Reproduce===
1. Navigation: Payables Super User Responsibility-> View->Requests
2. Submit request "Payables Create Accounting"
3. Check the log file
