Symptoms

When attempting to reconcile a bank statement line the following error occurs.

"FRM-40654:Record has been updated. Requery block to see change"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Cash Management 
2. Path: Bank Statement
3. Query a Bank Statement > Go to Lines >  try to update the Line > Error Message appears.
