APP-SSP-36107 Error Is Displayed in Paternity Birth Form (SSPWSMAT) When Trying to Enter PPP Start Date Value (Doc ID 3017533.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new record in Paternity Birth form with EWC (Expected Week of Childbirth) on or after 07-April-2024, the following error is displayed when trying to enter PPP Start Date as more than 49 days after the EWC:

APP-SSP-36107: The Start Date of the Paternity Birth Pay Period must not be later than 51 weeks after the later of Actual Date of Birth and EWC.

SSP_36107_PAB_SD_LATER_51WEEK



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP > Person Details > Query for employee > Others > Paternity Birth > Enter the following:
  - Due Date: 08-APR-2024;
  - EWC: 07-APR-2024;
  - Birth Date: 01-MAR-2024;
  - Live Birth YES;
  - Notified: 01-MAR-2024;
  - PPP Start Date:12-AUG-2024;
    AND
3. Try to enter PPP Start Date: 12-AUG-2024 and observe above error.
