Symptoms
When attempting to login to EBS oacore consuming high cpu, making the instance slow the following error occurs.
Nothing set for profile "FND: User Theme".
Set profile "FND: User Theme" to "Redwood Theme"
Added -XX:ParallelGCThreads=4 to oacore startup to reduce any GC contention
Set LockFile "/usr/tmp" in httpd.conf to prevent any filesystem locking problem.
