Symptoms
When adding a payment term to a lease with a supplier site populated on the payment term template, an error displays and the payment term template opens for entry even though the supplier site was populated.
From here the site can be populated again from the list of values, but when saving the form, the session hangs and never recovers.
Error
'FRM-40202: Field must be entered'
Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to Setup > Term Templates > Define Payment Term Templates
2. Create a payment term template with a supplier and site populated
3. Save
4. Navigate to Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
5. Create a new lease by populating the mandatory fields
6. Create a new payment term using the newly created term template
7. Save
8. Error message 'FRM-40202: Field must be entered' displays
9. Term template opens and asks for the supplier site, even though it was populated on the template
