Symptoms

When attempting to access the HELP for new forms and reports, the following error occurs instead opening the page.

ERROR
-----------------------
404 NOT FOUND
and the Help target US/IGI/@IGIPRPTE_REP_ENTITY for example is not found.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Use Oracle Public Sector Financials (International) superuser responsibility.
2. Navigate to Reports or forms and try to access the HELP > Window HELP.
