R12: XTR: Journals Are Not Getting Created For Deal

Symptoms
Journals lines for a deal have a debit entry, but no credit entry.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Treasury responsibility
2. Navigate to Generate daily journals
3. Select company and batch for which you want to create Journals
4. The journals are not getting created successfully because there is an unbalanced entry
