Symptoms

Interface File Data ( ECRDIFD ) fails with the following errors:


REP-0004: Warning: Unable to open user preference file.
REP-1401: 'p_run_idformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1401: 'p_run_idformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.

1. Oracle E-Commerce Gateway -> Run Interface File Data
