Performance Issue While Selecting Customer Name In Beneficiary LOV (Doc ID 3019939.1)

Symptoms

When customer is trying to select Customer Name in the beneficiary field/Market Eligibility form, It is not responding and it hangs after sometime.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Oracle Trade Management User
2. Go to Channel Revenue management
3. Trade Management >> Offer.
4. Create offer >> Select Beneficiary LOV
