Symptoms

Observe that pick release process increments the batch-id by 2 after every run.

Steps:

1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Shipping > Release Sales Order
4. Pick Release by running the Pick Release process and observe that Picking batches are generated in sequence of 2
